Muscat Petit Grain
Vinification : The hand-harvested grapes are pressed on arrival at
the cellar. Following a selection of the first run-off juices
and settling of the must, the wine is vinified at a low
temperature (14°C). It is then fortified and matured in a
vat.

Country origin : ESPAGNE
Sensory characteristic :
Colour : Lively golden yellow robe with green tints.
Nose :
Rich, complex and delicate with aromas of fresh fruit
(mango and lychee), menthol and thyme blossom.
Palate :
Very nice balance on the palate, lively, fresh and rich.
Finishes on fresh figs.
Recommendations : This wine will be enjoyed with foie gras, melon,
strawberry soup, pan-fried Pardailhan turnips, but can
also be used to deglaze foie gras.
Serving condition in C° : Well chilled, at 6°C.
