The lively cuvée is considered the flagship of the traditional French champagne house. The cuvée presents itself with an extremely harmonious character. The assemblage consists of almost 100 crus, which represents the diversity of the Champagne region in a great way. The assemblage consists of 50-55% Pinot Noir, 30-35% Pinot Meunier, 15-20% Chardonnay and 10-20% Reserve wines. The dosage is 10 grams per liter. In the glass, the champagne presents itself in a wonderful straw yellow with golden reflections and a lively perlage. In the nose, the cuvée shows hints of almonds and fresh hazelnuts. On the palate, notes of ripe pears and apples with a hint of citrus, grapes and white fruit are waiting. The texture of this champagne is wonderfully velvety with a strong structure due to the high percentage of Pinot Noir.
