This fruity and aromatic rose´ comes from vineyards in the western cape area of South Africa. The grapes are crushed and cold macerated for six hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is fruity, fresh and aromatic with hints of raspberries, strawberries and grapefruit. Long and fresh aftertaste. Drink it to salads, fish, chicken, tapas, charcuterie or pasta.
