The wine is the fruit of Tinta Fina vineyards planted at 900 m above sea level in three moors with stony soils in the towns of Moradillo de Roa, Peñafiel and Pesquera de Duero. At Legaris, wines are made with calm, and wed like you to enjoy them in the same way, without rushing. After an average of nine months ageing in French and American oak barrels, we obtain a mature, well-balanced, silky wine, with intense aromas of red fruit. This limited edition wine is sure to become your ideal partner to any red meat dishes, as well as for enjoying a relaxed glass on its own. Very intense dark-cherry red with purplish hues. Intense nose of dark fruit predominating over the toasty nuances from the barrel. In the mouth, it proves ample, flavour-packed, balanced and very persistent. Ideal with assorted aged cheeses and Iberian charcuterie, as well as red meats, grilled meats, pulses, seasoned white meats and as a gourmet tapas wine.
