How to order?
Important information
- Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products can only be ordered on flights outside the EU.
- We regret that orders of less than €5 cannot be processed.
- You can log in to the shop at the earliest 35 days before your flight.
- Pre-order is only intended for individuals.
- You need to be 18 years old to purchase.

Log in
We will need your booking information to ensure that your products are put on board the correct flight. You can find this information on the ticket/booking confirmation you received from your travel agent or tour operator. You must be logged in to be able to add items to your shopping basket.
How to find what you are looking for
- When you select a category at the top of the range tabs, a sub-menu showing the various product types in the category opens in the left-hand column. This gives you a clear overview of the range, and you can then choose the product types you are interested in. For example: If you are looking for mascara. Click on the 'Cosmetics' category. A sub-menu of the different product types is now displayed. Clicking on 'Make-up' to view all make-up products with pictures and prices.
- In product display mode, you can also choose to sort products by price, by saving in EUR or by saving as a percentage, to make it easier to find what you are looking for. You can also filter products using the filtering menu, based on attributes such as brands, fragrances and flavors. The search function allows you to search for a specific product based on its product description or article number.
Add items to your shopping basket
- To add an item to your shopping basket, click on either the product image, product name or purchase button. A page is now displayed giving details of items selected, with ordering buttons for outward and homeward trips. If you want to order an item for your homeward trip, click on the 'add to homeward shopping basket' button. If you want to order an item for your outward trip, click on the 'add to outward shopping basket' button. The product is now added to the shopping basket which you find in the top right. You will also see in the shopping basket a picture of the last items you added.
Go to checkout
- When you are finished shopping, proceed to checkout by clicking on the 'TO CHECKOUT' button at the top right of the shopping basket. You will now see a detailed summary of your shopping basket. Click the 'TO CHECKOUT' button at the bottom right to proceed to checkout. An additional overview of your order with flight information is now shown. Fill in your e-mail address and telephone number and check that all the information is correct. Then click on the 'PAY' button at the bottom right. The alternative methods of payment are now shown. Select the payment method you wish to use and click the 'COMPLETE PURCHASE' button. Your receipt is displayed on the screen and a copy is sent to your e-mail address. You can then either log out or choose to add more items to your order and continue shopping.
Receipt
- You can print out the receipt from the screen after your order has been completed. A copy of the receipt is also sent to your e-mail address. Please bring the receipt with you on board, as a confirmation of your order.
Delivery
- Your products will be delivered to your seat on the outward or homeward leg of your trip.
How to pay?
Direct payment
You can pay for your products directly in the online store by card. We accept Visa and Master Card.
Onboard payment
You can choose to pay by cash or credit card when you receive your products onboard. Note that the maximum card payment amount onboard is € 200. Amounts exceeding € 200 must be paid for by cash.
Frequently asked questions
How do the new hand luggage regulations affect my advance order?
The new and more stringent hand luggage regulations make it even safer and simpler to order duty free products in advance. Pre-ordered duty free goods are supplied in approved, sealed bags directly to your seat onboard the aircraft.
Are you going to take a connecting flight?
Should you take a connecting flight, your pre-order must be packed in an approved plastic bag. The approved plastic bag can be obtained from the cabin crew. The contents must be visible from the outside of the security bag.
How can I change a completed order?
After logging in, click on 'My order' to see what items have been ordered. You can always add items to your order by adding additional products to your shopping basket in the normal way and continuing through the four checkout steps until you receive a new receipt. If you want to remove items from a registered order, please contact our customer service center at info@jetairflyshop.com or 0800 79 144 and we will help you to remove them.

Price Benchmarks
Savings are calculated based on the normal price observed for the product in selected downtown stores or, when the product was not found in a downtown store, the downtown price recommended by the supplier. We reserve our self from price changes made by downtown stores.
Lowest price guarantee
All our products come with a lowest price guarantee versus the Belgian airports. If you should find the same product at a lower price at the Belgian airport, we will refund the price difference. All you need to do is to verify, for example by means of a receipt that the product you have purchased from us can be purchased at a lower price in the airport shop.
No-queue guarantee
Shop in the comfort of your own home and avoid the stress and queues at the airport. Your goods will be delivered directly to your seat on the plane.
Satisfaction guarantee
Try sunglasses, jewelry and watches in peace and quiet. We will refund your money if you are not satisfied.
The product should be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, with a receipt, within 30 days of your flight.
Delivery guarantee
If the content of your sealed bag do not match your order, we will pay you the difference between the price in our catalogue and the price in a shop in Belgium (applies to alcohol and tobacco) on presentation of a purchase receipt. Other products will be sent to your home address.
The delivery guarantee applies for 2 months after your flight. The delivery guarantee does not apply to late flight changes or force majeure.
Custom regulations
Within the EU no import duties are charged. Outside the EU you may have to pay import duties on your purchases. Check the amounts with your local authorities. We do our best in our webshop to adhere customs regulations. TUI Belgium is not liable for packages that are refused at the border due to customs regulations.
Returning home from an EU country
Note that alcoholic products may only be imported by those aged 20 or above, and that tobacco products may only be imported by those aged 18 or above. Within the EU, there are reference levels for judging whether import is for personal use or commercial purposes. The cut-off point between personal and commercial import is as follows:
Tobacco products: 800 cigarettes or 400 cigarillos or 200 cigars or 1 kg smoking tobacco.
Alcoholic products: Spirits, 10 litres: Intermediate products (e.g. fortified wines), 20 litres. Wines, 90 litres (including max. 60 litres sparkling wine). Beer, 110 litres.
EU countries: Bulgaria (Jan 2007), Rumania (Jan 2007), Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Greece, Spain (not the Canary Islands), Portugal, Austria, Finland and Sweden.
Returning home from non-EU countries/areas outside the EU excise area (incl. the Canary Islands)
Note that alcoholic products may only be imported by those aged 20 or above, and that tobacco products may only be imported by those aged 18 or above.
Alcohol: 1 litre of sprits or 2 litres of fortified wines (including sparkling wine), 4 litres of wine and 16 litres of strong beer.
Tobacco: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 g smoking tobacco, or a proportional selection of these tobacco products*, moist snuff**.
* A passenger who chooses a smaller quantity of cigarettes can also import some cigars tax free (for example 100 cigarettes and 25 cigars). Note that this option is not available in the excise area.
** There is no limit on the amount of moist snuff which may be imported for personal use. Customs duty and tax must however be paid if the total value of imported goods exceeds €400. This amount includes all goods purchased during the journey.
Sprits: alcohol content exceeds 22 per cent by volume. Fortified wines: alcohol content exceeds 15 per cent, but not 22 per cent, by volume. Wine: wine other than fortified wines and other alcoholic drinks which exceed 3.5 per cent but not 15 per cent by volume, and which are not strong beer. Strong beer: beer with an alcohol content exceeding 3.5 per cent by volume.
