Sweet and fruity Aromas of ripe peach, apricot, melon and zesty citrus mingle with subtle floral hints. On the palate, the wine is sweet yet balanced, lightly sparkling, and buoyed by a bright acidity that keeps it fresh and lively. The finish is crisp and lingering with hints of honey and tropical fruit, making it a perfect companion to spicy dishes, sushi, fruit-based desserts, or simply enjoyed as a charming aperitif. Serving temperature: 6-8 °C Manufaction Diamond Hill Moscato is crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in sun-drenched vineyards of South Eastern Australia. The combination of warm climate and well-drained clay and sandy soils produces grapes with exceptional aromatic intensity and natural sweetness. Harvesting takes place early in the morning to preserve freshness and delicate aromatics. Fermentation at controlled low temperatures keeps the wine light and lively while enhancing its fruit-forward profile. The result is an elegant, aromatic wine with both depth and vibrancy, perfect for a variety of occasions. About the producer Since 2000, Diamond Hill has been a guarantee of good quality wine. The people behind the Diamond Hill concept wanted to show that Australia can deliver much more than just Shiraz. In fact, the vast continent has over 70 different grape varietals to offer. Diamond Hill wanted to concentrate on South Eastern Australia, and chose to focus on a total of five different wines from select fields in the region. With the two red wines, two white wines and one rosé wine, Diamond Hill perfectly demonstrates the essence and diversity of wines from South Eastern Australia. Every single one of these wines is an exquisite gem, as symbolised by the well-known diamond-shaped logo. Over the years Diamond Hill has achieved great recognition for its wine.
